I have a Charge 2 that stopped syncing. I restarted the actual Fitbit, deleted the app and reinstalled it, shut the bluetooth off and on, turned phone on and off, I've done everything. Somehow my Fitbit Charge 2 became disconnected to the app, the app and the Fitbit are no longer connected. So I have tried multiple times to reset up my Fitbit Charge 2 to the app. (The Fitbit is still fully charged).
When I try to go to reset up my Fitbit Charge 2 to the app, it makes me do it as a new device. I follow the steps along and when it ask for me to type in the number on the Fitbit screen the app won't accept the number and says Error, then it gives me a new number and the same thing happens. When I log into my account on my laptop, it says no devices paired/connected.
How do I fix this as I want this fixed asap.
I love my Charge 2, I had a Charge 3 but I did not like it so I got the Charge 2 brand new over a year ago. I have taken very well care of it. My phone is an iPhone 8 and it is up to date on the iOS.
How do I fix this? I would desperately like some real help and answers please.
