Hello @staceyleanne, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board!
If your Charge 2 is on the list of paired devices on the Bluetooth settings of your phone, that means you've enabled Notifications, not necessarily that the tracker is syncing with your phone. As you mentioned the Charge 2 is not syncing correctly, please follow these steps:
- Restart your Charge 2
- Restart your phone.
- Turn off the Bluetooth on your phone for 15 seconds, then turn it back on. Then, open the Fitbit app and try to sync your tracker.
If your tracker is still not syncing, let's try to set up your tracker as a new device to reset the connection between the Charge 2 and your phone. Don't worry, this won't delete any of the information previously stored information.
To set up your tracker as a new device:
- Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone, tap on the Charge 2 and select Forget this Device.
- Restart your phone
- Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
- Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
- When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else!
