Most of the times when I want to run I put on my charge 2, push the button run to activate but then almost always the iphone and charge2 will not connect. I switched on all location, blue tooth shows that it is connected charge 2...but...stilll when I start running there is disconnectionn with charge 2. A pitty...I am frustrated at the moment...even never want to by a fitbit anymore, sorry what can i do.....

Thanks for letting me know that your tracker doesn't stay connected and for the steps that you've tried so far. Since you mentioned that the location services is on, may I know what option was chosen for those settings? I'm asking this as to track GPS data is required to set the location services to "Always". If that's correct, please give a try to the following steps:
