Hello @Yulia18 it's always great to have a new member in the Fitbit Community! First of all, what mobile device do you have, is it an Android, Windows or an iPhone?

@Yulia18 Also, on the phone's settings, make sure you have "Show in notification center", "Allow in notification center" and "Show on lock screen" all enabled.
