Hi,

 

My Fitbit Charge 2 has stopped syncing with my iPhone. It also doesn't let me know when I receive a text message or phone call. The app says it is ready for an update but when I click 'update tracker' it just says searching, like it is trying to find the fitbit. This has only happened in the last couple of days. Please can someone help.

I am having a similar problem.  I am not alerted to incoming text or calls either.  It syncs ok as long as I'm on wifi.
