Hello @SunsetRunner, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

Is your tracker not listed on the Bluetooth devices on your phone? If you don't have Notifications on, your tracker won't be listed, as they connect through the Fitbit app, not necessarily will be connected directly to the Bluetooth.

If your tracker is not syncing and you have already restarted your tracker and your phone, let's try to add it as a new device in order to reset the connection between them. Don't worry, this won't remove any of the information already in your account.

To set up your tracker as a new device:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  2. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  3. When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.

I hope this can be helpful, please give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
