Hello @Slyjay, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board! Smiley Happy

Have you updated the Fitbit app and restarted your tracker recently? If so, I would like to suggest the following:

  1. Restart your mobile devices.
  2. Turn off the Bluetooth in both of them and then turn it on one (iPhone or iPad but not both)
  3. Try to sync again.

If that doesn't seem to do the trick, please try to sync your tracker as a new device to reset the connection between your devices and the tracker.

To set it up as a new device:

  1. Turn off one of your devices.
  2. Open the Fitbit app on the other one and tap on the Account tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  4. When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.

Please give it a try and in case you need anything else, please feel free to reply! Smiley Wink
