My Charge 2 isn’t syncing with my phone.

The usual things to try when you get syncing issues are:

My charge 2 won’t sync anymore since last weekend when I updated the iPhone Fitbit app. Last sync was on 1/25/20. I  tried restarting the phone and everything under the sun but only the steps show in my app. My sleep and exercises won’t sync and the leaderboard doesn’t get updated either. The phone knows the Fitbit is connected since it picks up the battery charge level and the step counts. Something is wrong with the app update.

@Csg7 in the chance that it's not a problem with the upgrade then it's worth trying the steps above as they're quick to do and safe.

 

If you are right and it's the update then there's nothing else we can do anyway.
