Versa doesn't receive email notifications

I see there are many, many about Versa's email issues.  What is being done to fix this.  I have a brand new iPhone 11, have just finished resetting all over again for the umpteenth time, all I seem to receive now on the watch are text messages and phone calls, no emails still.  This is ridiculous, frustrating, and highly upsetting.  My daughter bought me this Versa for XMAS.  I used to have the Blaze, so I will likely have her take this watch back, setup up the Blaze again and until I get me an Apple watch which my daughter has never had an issue with.  It's upsetting that the company releases a new versions and customers have nothing but problem after problem after problem.  Why?????

Hello @SunsetRunner could you explain what email issue that your referring to? Do you have this email issue? I'm also not sure what this has to do with the versa. 

What device have you reset for the upteenth time and why would this have anything to your registered email address.

Not understanding why you're not getting what I'm saying.  Again, my email issue is that emails coming in are not being sent to my watch, no notifications being received to the watch.  So, yeah this is a Versa issue and not a phone issue.  Other people appear to be having this same issue.  My phone settings are correct and as a matter of fact, the Sprint store helped me  do my phone settings for the Versa and I do have some experience doing it since I did have he Blaze with no notification issues.  What have I reset over and over again, the Versa, definitely not my phone.

Is the phone what type? 

Has the app been set for the proper email program and permissions been approved?

This is not an issue with your email but with email notifications. That is why I didn't get it. I was wondering what was wrong with your registered email address.

So how would l fix this? I checked notifications and do not know what it

Hi @SunsetRunner . I have an iPhone7. My Versa 2 is synced to it. Going into the Fitbit app on my phone, my notification choices are Calls, Text Messages, Calendar Events and App Notifications. Nothing for email notifications. Can you please provide a screen shot of your app’s notification screen where email is an option? That would help us help you. You may want to review the steps on how to set up notifications provided in this Help page. This page has some good trouble shooting steps that may be helpful.

Cardi, let me look over all this and get back to community. I have the
Versa Special Edition and IPhone 11. I would think email should work
fine. This is just strange considering my Blaze worked on a Pay As You Go
cheap phone. Will review HELP. Thx.
