My app is missing tracking pieces

In the past 24 hours, the steps and all other data sets from the top of my app except for calories burned have disappeared. My Fitbit only syncs intermittently. What’s going on?!

The same here!! Only the calories burned are showing now. I want it back to normal

Yes! My steps have disappeared, the hourly activity has disappeared, my sleep has disappeared... what the heck is going on?

The only thing I want to disappear are those stupid "tips" that show up on the top half of the screen from time to time. I can't tell if they're gone because since they appeared, I try to limit how many times a day I check the app so I don't get too mad. But I'd still like to be able to look in once a day or so and see my steps. A step counter that doesn't count steps is kind of useless.

It's really wacky. It will be oklay for like 5 minutes, then half or more of the tiles will be missing and / or show up in the wrong place (like Calories where Steps usually is shown, or vice-cersa). Then 5 minutes later, back to normal. I suspect something server-side is mucking up...

Same, only seeing calories and weight lost. Just deleted and redownloded the app and it went back to normal for a minute but now it’s only calories again

I open the app on my iphone to see just the calories burned. What happened to all the other data I had setup. If this is due to new version of fitbit app then its **ahem**. Rollback to the previous version.

Mine was fine this morning.  It just started acting up in the afternoon

it just started around 6:20pm for me--and sometimes my goal day/s and workweek hustle pieces "magically" vanish too. has anyone tried calling customer service yet?

I'm about to go run a few quick errands and should be back by 8 PM EST.

if no one else has by then, I'm more than happy to.

(and post any info...if they actually understand what's happening or when/how to fix it.)

This started happening to me yesterday. It started after I update my iPhone to 13.3.1. It eventually went back to normal. But now it’s doing it again.  I suspect there’s an incompatibility issue with the latest iOS update.

Glad to see I'm not the only one with this problem. My steps disappeared sometime this afternoon and I hadn't upgraded either the app or the ios prior to this happening. It only shows calories at the top and it's added the exercise tracker and food log, which I'd like to delete, but can't figure out how. I updated the app to see if it would fix things, but it didn't. Seems like there's definitely something buggy in the app and I hope it gets resolved soon.
