Recently updated to the most current IOS 13.4.1 on my iPhone 8 Plus. Immediately started having trouble synching my Charge 2 to the Fitbit App (also the most current version). Now today, my Charge 2 is not only not able to synch, but it no longer will pair to the bluetooth at all. I have done all of the troubleshooting steps:
Turned bluetooth off and on.
Turned iPhone off and on.
Chose to forget the Charge 2 device under bluetooth and tried to pair again. Did not even find my Charge 2.
Restarted my Charge 2 and tried pairing again. Still did not find it.
I hope that this will be fixed soon 😞
