Hello ,

I have been using  a charge 2 for abt 1.5 years now ..worked without any issues up until 2 days back ...it stopped syncing to my phone, fitbit app , computer everything...ive tried the restart feature, deleting the app, switching the Bluetooth on my phone and laptop on/off and ao many other solutions suggested on the forums...nothing works really

i unpaired it from my phone and the app so now it doesnt even display on my phone Bluetooth or on the app ..ive deleted all the other devices on my phone that may b affecting the Bluetooth on the fitbit but nothing seems to work

i have been looking to factory reset the device but apparently charge 2 just has the soft reset function not the factory reset

please help !!

Hello @Saqibshff, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

I appreciate you have reported this situation, thanks for letting me know about the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far in hopes to resolve this issue. At this moment, I would like to suggest you to try the following in steps in order:

  1. Restart your Charge 2 and leave it plugged in and charging.
  2. Check again if the Charge 2 appears in the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select "Forget this Device"
  3. Restart your phone.
  4. Make sure you have a strong WiFi signal or enough cellular data.
  5. Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere with the setup process.
  6. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  7. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  8. When a pop-up appears asking you to Pair your tracker to your device, tap on Pair and continue.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a couple tries and let me know the outcome!
