Charge 2 not receiving Notifications after IOS 11.3 update

My Charge 2 is not showing calls or texts from my iPhone 5S since IOS 11.3 update a few days ago. I’ve applied steps I’ve seen on the Fitbit forums but still not working. Here’s what I’ve tried:

Bluetooth: forget device and then reconnects

Set Fitbit to all day sync

Turned off and back on the notification settings for Fitbit app in IPhone

Do we need to wait for another iPhone update or Fitbit update? Or do you all have a fix for this?

Jules

Hello @JulesM60, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for letting me know the troubleshooting steps you've already tried in hopes to resolve this issue affecting Notifications on your Charge 2. At this moment and if you haven't done it yet, I would like to suggest you to update the Fitbit app. Then, make sure your tracker is not currently in the "Do Not Disturb" mode by pressing down the button on the side of your tracker for 2 seconds. A vibration and a message will let you know if this mode has been turned off or on.

Now, if this is not the problem, please go to your phone Settings > Notifications > Calls and Settings > Notifications > Messages and make sure the following is enabled:

  • Allow Notifications
  • Show on Lock Screen
  • Show in History.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
