Charge 2 not showing text and call notifications from iPhone 11

The text message and phone calls function is it available on fitbit charge 2? I'm using iphone 11 but I tried turning on the notification from the Fitbit app, but still unavailable.

Thanks for the details shared in your post. Charge 2 can receive call and text notifications when your phone is nearby. I recommend confirming the steps to set up notifications and follow the troubleshooting instructions in How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
