My app is updated, my phone is updated, I restart my phone and the app still doesn't work. I open it and it updates the steps, but when I click on the + to track exercise, it freezes. This has happened multiple times. Help 😞

If the issue persists and you're using Apple iOS 13 or higher, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app.
