What does Exercise Screen show?

There is a screen on the FitBit app that shows the days of the week across the top and under each day a column of four dots, with some of the dots filled in with checkmarks. To get to it, from the app's main screen, tap the "weekly exercise" tile. The top portion of the screen that now appears is blue (it shows number of days active)--now swipe right on the top portion to the next view and you'll see the screen I am talking about. There is no explanation of what the check marks mean or why there's a check mark in one row and not another. Can't make heads or tail out of what this thing means.

Hi, @watatic! That's a "calendar" of your exercise, showing previous week's (and current weeks) days with activities logged. Check mark means you logged an activity, dot means you didn't.

So each of the 4 dots under each day of the week.  4 rows of dots indicates weeks of the month?  If you record an exercise for that day a check mark appears.  So it displays a months view at a time???

I figured that was what this screen does, however, I have days with checkmarks that I didnt log anything.  wondering if it automatically logs in walking if you walk the required ten minutes, there are days at work where I definately walk enough to be "auto recognized"

Best Answer

Yes! Your Fitbit will automatically recognize activities if done for at least 10 minutes. You can change which activities and how long you have to be doing them for it to auto recognize. The minimum is 10 minutes. Hope that helps

The three ticks for yesterday would mean that on that day for the previous three weeks there was activity. It’s a calendar that shows the current week on the bottom row. Only one check mark is added per day if there is activity. Hope that helps!
