My Charge 2 is not syncing with my iPad nor my iPhone. It has not synced on either since April 25, 2020 except for once this past Saturday, May 16, 2020. I was greatly surprised for the sync and thought whatever was going on had been corrected but was dashed when it hasn’t updated again. I have done all the help tricks and removed and downloaded the app several times to each device with no luck. I am starting to believe there is a big glitch in the Fitbit App. Do we know if they are going to put out another update to correct this issue????? Fitbit Guru’s what’s up???

Ditto! I am beyond frustrated. I've had my HR Charge since April 2019, a present to myself after achieving a goal. As opposed to it's supposed healthful benefits, it's caused me stress and no doubt an increase to my blood pressure. Mine has not synced with my phone since mid April, prior to that, it synced intermittently, prior to that it took several minutes to sync and prior to that, I led a healthy, HR Charge free life.

Edit! In my previous post I I referred to my HR Charge, it is actually a VERSA I am having issues with.

My charge has always works fabulously until this past April. Hope they get it worked out. I used it on my phone ALL the time.
