Charge 2 not syncing with iOS app.

Over the past few weeks, my Charge 2 has had increasing difficulties syncing with my phone. I've tried ALL the suggested steps and up until today the only thing that would work was for me to forget the device, restart my phone and set up fresh.

After opening the app this morning and it refusing to finish syncing, I did the same. Today it will not to move passed the code pairing step of setting up. I've let everything sit for minutes, untouched- no luck. So again, I've run down all the steps and here we are.

Charge 2 on latest firmware, iPhone 6S Plus on latest software. Help very much appreciated.

Hello @ginafeth, I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community. Smiley Happy

I appreciate you have brought this to my attention and for letting me know all the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. As you mentioned the Charge 2 is not pairing back to your account I would like to suggest you the following steps, I understand you've already tried some but I would like you to try these steps in order.:

  1. Turn off Bluetooth on your phone; wait 10 seconds, and then turn it back on.
  2. Make sure you have a strong WiFi signal and that there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere with the setup process.
  3. Restart your Charge 2, then leave it plugged in and charging.
  4. If you can't set up after a restart, reboot your phone or tablet and try to set up again.
  5. If you can't set up after the reboot, remove all other Fitbit devices from your account and from the list of connected Bluetooth devices on your phone or tablet and try to set up the Charge 2 one more time.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
