I upgraded to iPhone 8plus and Fitbit charge 2 won’t sync. I have tried all of the recommendations and no luck. I don’t know how to turn FITB off though.

Would it be possible for you to let me know which troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? Have you restarted your Charge 2 and your phone already? This information will be very helpful for us to check this further and determine what we should do next.

I appreciate you have come back and let me know that after removing the device from your phone's Bluetooth Settings, it started working normally. Please note that Fitbit devices can't be turned off. If you'd like to restart it, follow these instructions: How to restart your Charge 2.
