I don’t understand why it want sync. It takes forever and it want sync. Some days it’s fast some days it’s slow. Why is this. I have iPhone 7 Plus. I turn the Bluetooth on and it just keeps searching for the Fitbit? So what I am asking is why does it take forever for it to show up in Bluetooth?

Hello @SunsetRunner, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
Please keep in mind that your tracker does not connect directly to the Bluetooth on your phone, it uses the Fitbit app to do this. At this moment I would like to suggest you to update the Fitbit app and the iOS on your phone if you haven't done it yet. Additionally, please try the following:
- Restart your phone
- Restart your Charge 2
- Turn off the Bluetooth on your phone for 15 seconds and turn it back on.
If your tracker is still not syncing correctly, try to set up your tracker as a new device to reset the connection between your tracker and your phone. Don't worry, this won't delete any of the data already recorded in your account.
To set up your tracker as a new device:
- Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
- Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
- When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
