Pulling my hair out - received charge 2 Fitbit today and have been able to get all set up and logged with Bluetooth on iPhone but cannot get any text or message notifications. I have followed all advise to reset, turn off Bluetooth etc and when I check it all looks to be set up correctly but nothing coming through. Any ideas? Thanks

@Leilsjay  Be sure on your iPhone's settings, you have "Allow in Notification Center", "Show in Notification cEnter" and "Show on lock Screen" all enabled.

Hope that helps~

Hello @Leilsjay, it's great to have you on board! Nice to see you around @Kmransom123 and @USAF-Larry Smiley Happy

@Leilsjay, if you haven't done it yet, please press and hold the button on your Charge 2 from the clock screen to make sure Notifications is set to On. If it is, the best thing we can do is restart the Notifications:

  1. Tell your mobile device to "forget" your tracker:
    1. On your mobile device, go to Settings > Bluetooth.
    2. Tap your tracker and then tap Forget Device.
    3. Log out of the Fitbit app.
  2. Reboot your mobile device.
  3. Restart your tracker.
  4. Turn on notifications for your tracker:
    1. Open the Fitbit app and tap Account.
    2. Tap your tracker.
    3. Find an option to turn on your notifications.

I hope this information can be useful. Give it a try and let me know in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink

I am having the same problem. I have a charge 2 and iPhone 6. Everything is working except the notifications. I have tried everything but still will not show notifications. When I try to sync them all I get is the spinning wheel. Any advice is very welcome .

Ok, i have been working for days trying to get text and phone calls to my charge 2.  Used to work and then just stopped.  Was ready to toss my fitbit.  Before you do anything, go to settings on Iphone.  I have the 6.  Settings/Notifications/Messages/Show in History/Make sure this is toggled to on.  My problem was fixed after resetting/rebooting/bluetooth off and on/repairing etc etc.  This would have been much easier to check this first.  All working fine now.  Try this.

UPDATE:

Got to phone settings/notification/messages/show in history and make sure toggled to on position.  Worked for me after all the other steps.
