Charge 2 setup on I phone 6S not let me change.

My I phone 6S will not let me change to the Charge 2 because I already have an account for my previous fit bit which I lost.  It says a problem has occurred and I can't get past that point.

Are you trying to set up your Charge 2 in your previous account? If so, please remove the previous tracker if you haven't done it yet. 

 

To remove your previous tracker:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account tab
  2. Tap on the name of the previous tracker and on the next screen, scroll down until you see Remove this tracker.
  3. Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. 

After removing the previous tracker, please try to set up your Charge 2:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  2. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue

I hope this can be helpufl, give it a try and if you're still receiving an error message while trying to set up your Charge 2, please reply to me with a screenshot of the message, that will be very helpful to me.
