Charge 2 won't connect to iphone

I received a Charge 2 from my boss that she isn't using.  I cannot get it to connect to my phone.  It searches but never finds the tracker.  She has removed it from her Fitbit account and doesn't appear to be syncing anymore.

 

Never had any trouble connecting with other trackers.
