Charge 2 stopped synching

Stopped yesterday paired with an iPhone SE. Bluetooth won’t recognize the charge 2 so not sure if the problem is with Bluetooth, the Fit or with the phone. Seems like a lot of messages today on synch issues though, maybe there is a larger problem.

Hello @Bootlegleft, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

Please keep in mind that Fitbit trackers do not sync directly to the Bluetooth on your phone, they sync through the Fitbit app so there's no need to worry if your phone's Bluetooth is unable to find it. At this moment I would like to suggest you the following:

  1. Restart your Charge 2
  2. Restart your phone
  3. Turn off Bluetooth on your phone for 15 seconds, then turn it back on.
  4. Make sure you have a strong WiFi signal
  5. Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere with the syncing process.

If after following these steps your tracker is still not syncing correctly, let's set up your tracker as a new device to reset the connection between your phone and your tracker. Don't worry, none of the information already stored in your account will be deleted.

To set up your tracker as a new device:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  2. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  3. When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
