After updating to latest iPhone app version 2.43.1, the Fitbit app is not recognizing active hours such that it is updated in the app. Furthermore, it isn’t updating active vs passive time. When I entered water in the log, it also failed to recognize the accumulated amount consumed on the dashboard. Both of these features were working yesterday on the previous version. I updated last night around 10:15 pm est. I have a Surge Fitbit .

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, at this moment I would like to ask you for some screenshots detailing what you're reporting so I can forward them to our team. Additionally, please check your online Dashboard to check if your Water logs and your Hourly Activity, if everything seems normal here try the following:
- Force-close the app by double tapping the home button on your phone and swipe up the app.
- Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.
