Charge 2 stopped syncing after approximately 10 days, so fed up now tried everything ☹️

I have tried everything to sync my charge 2, it originally easily connected to my iPhone 6 Plus but after approximately 10 days it stopped syncing and I have tried all the tips and advice from The forums.

@KJBRAD Make sure there's nothing wrong with Bluetooth in settings and try logging out of your account and logging back in. If that doesn't work, try deleting the app and re-downloading it. Not sure if you've seen this one yet but you can try this. Good luck!

Hi, I could not re sync my Charge 2 to my iPhone 6 Plus but I managed to sync my husbands Charge 2 to my mobile so I am using his at the minute. He hadn’t been able to sync my Charge 2 to his phone either but he is going to buy a new phone and try again.!!
