Hello.

I just bought the fitbit ionic and the first days the sleep feature worked perfectly.

However, this morning it is showing me the right graphics but time asleep says it's 0min. 0 asleep, 0 restless, 0 deep and light sleep. When I can see clearly on the graphic I had eveything .

What can I do?

Thanks.

My Charge 2 is doing the same thing - all sleep graphics are clear and accurate but time asleep is "0". Actually the bar graphic shows I got my full 8 hours.  It must be a program glitch at Fitbit.

Hello! Just edit the log. Change something Slightly and it'll recalculate everything! 😁 I did it and worked

Hi Vince. Thanks for the followup. I did try that suggestion - changed my sleep time by only one pm minute - and it recalculated. Then I changed it back again to the more accurate time and that worked too. If it happens again, I will try editing without changing anything to see if it works that way. I was afraid I might lose something if I tried that this morning. It was good to know there is a fix, but I do hope they change the glitch in the program after their “investigation”!

Hello everyone, I hope you're doing well. Smiley Happy

I appreciate many of you have come and let us know your sleep logs back on track after editing them. I'm very glad. Please note that we experienced an issue with sleep logs on April 17th but this issue has now been resolved and you should not experience it again tomorrow.

Thanks for all your patience and understanding, as this issue has now been resolved, I'll close this thread.
