Charge 2 stopped syncing

I charged my charge 2 on Friday evening, when I woke up yesterday it was flat, maybe it didn't charge properly or it just died I don't know but since charging it again, the time is 3 hours slow and according to the app it hasn't synced with my phone an iphone 5SE since Thursday although it only tracked 18 steps then .. any help or advice please ...
