My Fit Bit Charge 2 started updating after I opened the app on my phone. The App stopped and said it was not able to complete. Now, my fit bit will not cut on, charge, connect to my phone or my computer. Anybody having this issue or can anyone help me fix this?

Hello @Sexton3608, welcome! It's nice to see new faces around.
I noticed @SteveH provided some excellent tips in how to resolve this issue. Adding to what he provided, in case after restarting your Charge 2 is still unable to update, I would like to suggest setting up your tracker as a new device in order to force the update to finish. Don't worry, you won't lose any of the information stored in your account so far.
To set it up as a new device:
- Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone, check if Charge 2 is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on in and select Forget this Device.
- Restart your phone
- Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
- Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
- When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.
