Charge 2 won't connect to iPad

Hello

My charge 2 wouldn’t pair on my iPad.  It told me to ‘forget’ it on Bluetooth settings then add again.
Did that but iPad won’t bring up charge 2 again to connect.
Can anyone help please

Thanks

No it didn’t help.  I know how to do all that.  I just can’t get the iPad to pick up charge 2 to sync.  It’s now linking with my phone and keeping up to date.

Thank you for your reply, @WLB12.

I appreciate your efforts and the additional details. I am glad to hear that your tracker syncs with your phone. I recommend confirming if your iPad is compatible with the Fitbit app: fitbit.com/devices. Additionally, if you're using several devices for syncing, the tracker is trying to connect to both and the Bluetooth connection can be interfered. Check if having another device not nearby or turning off Bluetooth on it helps.

Hope this helps.

out of the blue, mine wouldn't connect to iPhone, disconnected it, when I finally got the Charge 2 to connect, the battery was dead, would not hold charge

I tried all that. My daughter even switched everything off and still iPad won’t pick up charge 2 to add to Bluetooth.
Nothing seems to work.
Thanks for trying
