Charge 2 won't connect to my new phone or alert to texts

I also have a charge 2 but it no longer alerts me to incoming texts. What would cause this? Can it be fixed?

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I understand your concern and recommend checking if your Fitbit app is updated to the latest version as updates come with new features and bug fixes: How do I update the Fitbit app? For complete troubleshooting tips, see Why didn't my Fitbit device alert me?
