Charge 2 won't sync with iPhone

charge 2 wont sync with iphone. i have deleted, reinstalled the app, restarted the tracker, bluetooth off and on a dozen times, restarted phone, software is updated to latest on fitbit app as well as phone but it just wont sync

I understand you’re having trouble getting your Charge 2 to sync with your iPhone. You have done quite a few really great troubleshooting steps. Great job! There is one troubleshooting steps I didn’t see that you should try. I would suggest restarting your Charge 2 to see if that does the trick. Yes I restarted my Fitbit too. It syncs with an android phone. But doesn’t
sync with any iPhone.
