Versa won't display app notifications

Fitbit Versa is no longer displaying any app notification after downloading the latest version of the Fitbit App 3.12 (913) and upgrading iPhone IOS version to 12.4.4. I have tried everything. Set the Fitbit to fabric. Removing/Downloading again Fitbit App. Forgetting Fitbit device from iPhone. Nothing has worked. The odd part is that, if I swipe down the screen on the Fitbit, I can see the notifications but, when they arrive, they don't show up on the screen, as if they were "hidden"(?). Please help!!! 🙂

I understand your frustration about not receiving notifications. Currently notifications are a know issue that the Fitbit Team are addressing. Look here to find more information: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/iOS-App/Stopped-seeing-notifications-after-updating-to-iOS-13/td-p/3...

Please pay special attention to page 1 of that thread and carefully do each step. Hopefully that will resolve your issue. If it doesn’t please keep an eye on that thread for more updates and information as they come in. I wish I could be more help but that is the only information I have at the moment.
