Charge 2

I got a new charge 2 for Christmas. I set up an account and logged on. My charge 2 worked great for 2 weeks. Then all the sudden it stopped logging stats for 3 days straight. At the time it would still show stats on the app but would not save them. I reloaded app, reset everything, removed my charge 2 from the app and tried to reload but now it will not connect to my phone at all. I even tried connecting it to another phone with no avail. Please help! Thanks!

Thank you for trying some troubleshooting steps beforehand. In this particular situation as your tracker is not able to set up again, I would like to suggest:

  1. Restart your tracker and leave it plugged in and charging.
  2. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if Charge 2 is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
  3. Restart your phone
  4. Open the Fitbit app and try to set it up as a new device once again. 

Please make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around, give it a try and let me know in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink
