I have just received my Charge 3, and cannot set up. Neither my phone or Mac cannot find it on Bluetooth. I had the same problem with a Fitbit Inspire I got a few days ago, and Fitbit Customer Service talked me through and checked everything, and told me I needed an exchange. I decided to try a Charge 3, but I have the same problem.
When I go to Help on the computer Fitbit icon, there is not an option for Charge 3 in the set-up Help page.
Both my iPone 7 and Mac are up to date with software updates.
I'm going round in circles.
Is there a synch problem with iPhones and Fitbits?? Can anyone help?
