Charge 3 constantly losing all day sync

Have had the charge 3 a week. Everyday, I am having to re-pair my phone. Sometimes this works, sometimes it doesn’t.   Have read other suggestions, turn off Bluetooth and restart, re-pair the phone, etc but no luck. Is this something I should be returning and having a replacement for. The only other Bluetooth I have attached to my phone is my car. It’s an iPhone 6s I’m using. The app is also up to date. Thanks

Let me help you with your Charge 3 not syncing with your iPhone and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. You can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • You can find additional suggestions here.
