Charge 3 doesn’t sync with iPhoneXR

Bluetooth is connected. Tries to sync it says syncing failed. This is a new phone and I just installed the app. In the exercise section it just gives me swimming in Pilates nothing else. This app was working fine with my iPhone 6s

Thanks for letting me know about your Charge 3 and the steps tried to get it syncing. While your iPhone 6S is a compatible device, could you please confirm if your new phone appears in that list? If that's correct, please give a try to the following steps:

  1. Remove the Charge 3 from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections that are nearby.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture > Charge 3 > Sync Now.
  5. If you're prompted, please accept the request to pair it via Bluetooth.

About your other inquiry, do you mean that you're unable to add more exercise shortcuts? If that's correct, I'd recommend to check this help article where you'll find some instructions to do that.

Nothing worked. I had to delete the Charge 3 from the fitbit app and
reinstall and go through setup. So far it's working.
