Charge 3 won't connect with iPhone XS

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have tried IT ALL
restart, reboot, force close, turning everything off and then on, everything is updated - both on my charge3 and on my phone- but my app is staying on "we found your tracker" but will not go further than that.

it hasn't been used in about a year, but when I used it before it worked perfectly

Hi @SunsetRunner. Welcome to the Community.

Thanks for your efforts while working on this prior posting, as well for keeping everything updated. Even though you've tried troubleshooting your Charge 3, give a try to the following in the given order so we can get it connected correctly:

  1. Remove the Charge 3 from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections that are nearby.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and tap on Set Up a Device.
  5. Choose your Charge 3 and follow the onscreen instructions.
  6. If you're prompted to pair via Bluetooth, please proceed with it.

I'll be around, keep me posted.
