Thanks for letting me know that the sleep numbers aren't correct. If this data is displayed directly on your Charge 3, have you tried restarting your tracker to correct this misbehavior? Is your Charge 3 syncing correctly with the Fitbit app? Is the Fitbit app showing your correct sleep data?
To further investigate, please take a screenshot of what is displayed on your tracker and the Fitbit app, and share it with me. You can find instructions to attach pictures in this post.
