Hi
I have a charge 3 but since changing from an iPhone 6 to an iPhone 6s Plus my Fitbit will not vibrate when receiving messages, I’ve tried everything on the help pages.

@Princessjane Just to clarify, you're getting the notifications, but your Charge 3 isn't vibrating when you get them?
Did you make sure you restart your Charge 3? Did you go into the Settings on the Charge 3 and make sure vibrate was on? I'd also try holding down the left button and then toggle notifications off and then back on.

No I’m not getting the notification or vibration from messenger to my charge 3 because I haven’t allowed the previews to show, Fitbit are saying that it’s because I’ve had a new phone that’s on IOS 13 and my old phone was IOS 12

@Princessjane You'll need to allow previews in order to receive messages. Here is an example of how I have my iPhone settings and I do receive all my notifications and vibrations.
