Versa not syncing with iPhone 11 Pro

My iPhone 11 Pro is not synchronized at all with Fitbit Versa. The Bluetooth of my my iPhone cannot pair my Fitbit. Any tips?

Hi @Georgekapa. Welcome to the Community Forums!

 

Thanks for sharing that your Versa isn't syncing correctly. Let's work on this together! First of all, make sure the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version, as well to turn off other Bluetooth connections that are nearby. Once that is done, give a try to the following:

 

  1. Remove your Versa from your iPhone's Bluetooth.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Restart your Versa.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and tap on your profile picture > Versa image > Sync Now.
  5. Once your watch has synced, you'll be prompted to pair via Bluetooth. Please proceed with it.
