Charge 3 has several issues since the last update

Hi, charge 3 has not worked since last update.
1. will not sync with my iPad (latest version 13.4)

2. Time is off by 7-8 minutes.

3 missing features from the dashboard like the step feature.

ive tried trouble shooting as in the forums, Bluetooth off & on, rebooted device, did another setup if Fitbit.

removed Fitbit, reinstalled, went to setup again. Connected to charger, press button for 15 sec.

fitbit restarts with smiley face, click setup, click next, says we found your device. Click next, says connecting. That’s it, never connects. Have removed other Bluetooth devices, turned off their Bluetooth, moved them to another room in back. Fitbit always sticks on connecting.
How can I get past this point? Am frustrated & disappointed. Fitbit was great & working fine until last update with supposed bug fixes. Please help.
