Charge 3 (iPhone 6S+) won't synch

My Charge 3 has stopped synching and will only synch once a day when I do a hard reboot of the fitbit while attached to the charger.  This has been going on for about a week now.

 

I have followed the other threads about people's Charge 3's not synching and have followed all of the suggested steps from moderators without any success.  My phone bluetooth shows the Charge 3 but will not connect to it and says that it is Unsuccessful in finding my fitbit.

 

Any help will be greatly apprecited!!!

@DougD13 Welcome back. I appreciate the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. 

 

Thanks for the research done prior to posting. I would like you to confirm you've tried the procedure mentioned in this article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? Could you confirm that you have all day sync option on?

I have tried all of the steps in the article mentioned multiple times without success.  

Currently, my Fitbit is not showing up on my Bluetooth connections and only shows up when I connect the tracker to the charger and do a full reboot.  Not always, but sometimes, using this procedure will result in a connection and a synch.  Within a few minutes of removing the tracker from the charger, the connection is lost and won’t synchronize again until I reconnect.

 

This all started shortly after updating my iOS to 13.3 in late December which is also when the Fitbit app was last updated to version 3.12.1.
