Having problems with my Fitbit app so deleted it and trying to download again but it won't download. I just keep getting the circle going around, anyone has any answers? iPhone 8+

To better assist you with this concern, can you please let me know if you experienced this issue in the past? If you haven't already done so, please restart your mobile device and then try again. If possible, please send me a screenshot of what you see at the moment you try to download the app.

Thanks for getting back to me. I have done that and now it’s working ok, I was able to download the app then.
