My Charge 3 will has not synced with my phone for 3 weeks. Have tried the shut down turn off Bluetooth reset and nothing. The clock is now not accurate as well. Is there a fix?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Note that if your Charge 3 has not synced lately, that's the reason why the time is not showing correctly. Have you restarted your Charge 3 and your phone already? If so, I would like to suggest you to check the following:
