Is it possible to sync Fitbit and Apple Watch?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I got a fitbit charge 3 - hoping I could use it as a replacement for my Apple Watch (only reason I switched was because I like the fitbit app, but it wont count the Apple Watch steps, and my health program uses the fitbit scale & activity minutes).

But I am so disappointed with the charge 3.  I have it set up to notify me of texts - it does not.  Same with other functions.  It takes way too long to sync.

I just want to use the fitbit app & go back to my Apple Watch - is there a way to be able to use Apple Watch for Activity & Steps in the fitbit app?  Please.

Hello @Chloe514 thanks for joining the Fitbit Community. Smiley Happy

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us.

I understand your concern about not being able to sync your Apple Watch with Fitbit. At this moment, our team doesn't have plans to release this feature. You can learn more about how Fitbit decides what suggestions get released in our FAQs. For now, our team will leave this suggestion open for votes (and closed to comments) so that we can continue to track community demand over time.

With that said, as you mention you have a Charge 3, please check the troubleshooting steps on my post about syncing, give those steps a try and let us know how it goes.

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with us and we will let you know if anything changes. If there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.
