Charge 3 loses pairing

I use my charge 3 with my iPad and iPhone. In order to sync on either device I have to forget charge 3 in settings, it then immediately pairs. I need to do this every time as it loses pairing as soon as I close the app or go out of range. Once I do the forget it pairs and syncs fine on that device until I close or move, the re-pairing is instant and automatic, I don’t do anything after hitting forget this device. This is very frustrating, any ideas?

Mine has stopped pairing completely since 10SEP20.

Mine has stopped syncing properly since Friday afternoon. I’ve tried everything.

Same issue. C3 loses pairing every day.
