Charge 3 no longer receiving text notifications from iPhone 12

I’ve tried forget device suggestions.  Removing charge 3 from app and setting it up again and rebooting but nothing works.  Any other suggestions?

Thank you.  I am now receiving notifications, but still no longer receive a vibration to tell me that they are there nor do I receive the celebration when I reach my daily goal.  I can see that the vibration level is set to strong.

I am glad to hear you're receiving notifications now. I appreciate the additional details and recommend confirming that you don't have "Do not disturb" or "Sleep Mode” turned on: press and hold the button on your device. Tap a setting to turn it off. When you turn off the setting, the icon appears dim with a line through it.
