I just received a new pebble as my old one had a charging deficiency.
now I am not able to set up the new one it‘s constantly stuck at „Connecting to tracker“
any ideas?
i‘ve re started my phone, disconnected all bluetooth and its still not working

Sorry if this is wrong but my understanding is that you received a new pebble and the app does not recognize it. Did you uninstall or remove the link to the old pebble in the app? You should do one of two things: 1. remove the old pebble and then add the new pebble, or 2. try adding the new pebble and it will ask if you want to replace the old one.

it does recognize the tracker. it is stuck at "connecting to tracker" - spinning the wheel the whole time.
I have tried everything already
