My charge 3 has not been discoverable via Bluetooth by my phone in 4 weeks. I have been going back and forth with support for 4 weeks. They are running me around in circles. Anyone else have this issue? I’m ready to throw it away.

Hello @sholland
Have you tried restarting your Charge 3? Here’s how you do this:
- Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
- Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
- Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You’ll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker’s display.
- Press and hold the button to restart your tracker:( For Charge 3—press and hold the button on your tracker for 8 seconds. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.) then Unplug your tracker from the charging cable.
Hopefully doing this will resolve your issue. Please let me know 😃

Hi, my charge 3 & Samsung have stopped pairing via bluetooth, I've restarted both phone and Fitbit but no luck.
Any other ideas?
Thanks!

Not working for me. I try to set up the charge 3 and it gets past the 'found your tracker' page, but then when connecting to tracker, it just sits there. Bluetooth is on, app is reinstalled. It did work for a while, but slowly I'm seeing it fail to sync, and now i can't even connect it!

Hi @justtina @Anna_W @haz, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3 devices are not connecting with your phones's Bluetooth. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, monitor your Fitbit devices and see if they sync with your phones properly.
Keep me posted on the outcome.
